I arrived several hours before check-in after a long drive and the staff got me into my room. It was wonderful.

The door lock into the hot tub / pool area didn't work. I couldn't get in.

The staff made this hotel a 10! They got me into my room several hours early after a long drive into town and provided me with excellent service during my stay.

Clean, friendly, and good location.

Way too much traffic noise!

Loved everything about this hotel, except for the freeway noise. Couldn't hear any noise on the inside, but the traffic noise was terrible!

I enjoyed the hot tub after a day of golf and the staff was very friendly.

The ice machine was quite a distance from the room and there are not a lot of quality restaurants in the area.

Overall I had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a lot of hot water for my morning shower, the staff was friendly and courteous and the hot tub/pool was very refreshing and relaxing. I have no complaints.

We enjoyed the stay and was able to find it without any difficulties. The staff was very friendly and so were those that we met that were traveling also.
